Tracking codes take between 3 and 7 working days to be passed on from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We accept no responsibility should the product be unable to be delivered to the recipient due to an incorrect delivery address having been entered on our website at the time of checkout.

The delivery time varies according to the efficiency of the Correios and customs, but typically takes between 20 and 30 days on average, with a final deadline of up to 60 working days. Once the stipulated deadline has passed, we recommend that you contact the Correios directly to clarify the reason for the delay. Should the Correios not be in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we may investigate with our suppliers. If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will process a FULL refund immediately upon completion of these verification steps.

It is important that you ensure the means for delivery to be carried out at the address registered on your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will be required to collect your order from a Correios branch near your address. Storage fees apply if the parcel is not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the weight and volume of the product.
